What are the legal bases of processing?

We only process your Personal Data if we at least one of the following applies:

  • you have given your consent,
  • the data is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract / pre-contractual measures,
  • the data is necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation or
  • the data is necessary to protect our legitimate interests, provided that your interests are not overridden.

DATA WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY

Log data

For the continued operation and security of our services we record basic logs and event records until such time as they are no longer needed. These logs may contain a) Players Username, b) IP address, c) The clients servers IP, d) Timestamps and e) the referral URL. In this it is technically possible that an IP address can be combined with external data and to identify an individual using the services during a specific usage period. As such we treat all log data and specific event log data whether it is from end user requests or automated requests, as Personal Data. The legal basis is the provision of a contractual service.

Hosting

To provide our website, we use the services of SiteGround Hosting Ltd who process all data to be processed in connection with the operation of our website on our behalf. The legal basis for the data processing is our legitimate interest in providing our website.

Content Management System

We use the Open Source Content Management System (CMS) of WordPress.ORG, to publish and maintain the created and edited Content and texts on our website. This means that all content and texts submitted to us by users for publication is transferred to our SiteGround Server. In addition to texts, this also includes, for example your data in our forms. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest.

WooCommerce

To provide our shop, we use the WooCommerce service developed and operated by Automattic Inc. WooCommerce provides us with their online e-commerce platform through which we can offer our goods for sale to you. Both your inventory data and your usage data are stored on WooCommerce’s servers. The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest.

Fonts

We have integrated the webfonts of Font Awesome by Fonticons Inc. To enable the display of fonts, a connection to Font Awesome’s server is established when our website is accessed. This enables Fonticons to determine which website sent the request and to which IP address the display of the font is to be transmitted. The integration is based on our legitimate interest.

Economic analyses and market research

For business reasons, we analyse the data we have on web and server traffic patterns, website interactions, browsing behaviour etc. The analyses serve us alone and are not disclosed externally and processed using anonymous analyses with summarised and or anonymised values. For this purpose we use Google Analytics from Google LLC and SourceBuster JS. The legal basis is our legitimate interest and your consent. Google Maps

Our website uses Google Maps API to visually display geographical information. When using Google Maps, Google LLC also collects, processes and uses data about visitors’ use of the map functions (You can find more information about data processing by Google in the Google privacy policy). The integration of Google Maps represents a legitimate interest.

Cookies

For the processing of Personal Data using cookies and similar technologies on our website, please refer to our Cookie Policy. The legal basis for the use of cookies is our legitimate interest or your consent when you agree to the use of technically non-essential cookies as further explained in our cookie policy.

As set out in the UK`s Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (“PECR”) and the EU`s Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive (“PECD”), we need to obtain consent for the use of technically non-essential cookies. General

We may ask you for Personal Data when you:

In order to provide you with a more consistent and personalised user experience in your interactions with Limootorsh, data collected through one source may also be linked to other data collected by Limootorsh through other sources. This may include data that helps us identify you when you access our website through several different devices.

Contacting us

You can contact us in various ways and data is always collected in the process. You provide us with most of the data that we process when you contact us such as your name, and email address. This data is collected and processed exclusively for the purpose of contacting you and processing your request and then deleted again, provided that there is no legal obligation to retain it.

We also offer to contact us via the messaging services of WhatsApp. If you contact us via WhatsApp we store and use the mobile phone number, you use and – if provided – your first and last name in accordance with the provision of a contractual or pre-contractual measure to process and respond to your request.

Registration of a user account (Users)

On our website, we offer users the opportunity to register an account. The data is entered into our registration form and transmitted to us and stored. The data is not passed on to third parties. The following data is collected as part of the registration process: i) Full name and display name, ii) Email address, iii) Password, iv) the IP address of the user and v) date and time of registration. The legal basis for processing is consent and the fulfilment of a contract.

Use of our services and ordering foods (Users)

We process the Personal Data that you submit to us when you place your order and share your order details with the relevant restaurant or shop for fulfilment. This Personal Data is necessary to fulfil your order, confirm your order and evaluate your order, payment and possible refund. The legal basis for this processing of Personal Data is that it is necessary for the performance of a contract. We process the following Personal Data in the ordering process: Name, Address data, Contact details, Order, Payment data, Comments and your location (if applicable).

Payment Data (Users)

If you make payment, your payment data will be processed via our payment service provider PayPal. Payment data will solely be processed by PayPal and we have no access to any Payment Data you may submit. The legal basis for the provision of a payment system is the establishment and implementation of the user contract for the use of the service.

Add your shop (Partners)

If you register your shop through our website, we will request mandatory and, where applicable, non-mandatory data in accordance with our registration form (Full Name, Email Address, Store name, Company Details, restaurant menu, if any). The entry of your data is encrypted so that third parties cannot read your data when it is entered. The legal basis for processing is the provision or initiation of a contractual service and your consent.

Use of our services and offering goods and foods (Partners)

If you wish to use our listing services and its features, we process the Personal Data you voluntarily provide for the purpose of showcasing your shop/restaurant and providing the order feature in accordance with our Service Agreement and Terms and Conditions. Depending on how you use our listing services, you may provide images, contact information, company information, location data etc. and upload content such as text, photographs etc. This content will be made public and may be viewed and otherwise accessed by others. The legal basis for processing is the provision or initiation of a contractual service and your consent.

When using the Limootorsh admin panel (Partners)

When you are using the Limootorsh admin panel in your business, you become the data controller and we become the data processor. In this sense, we process the Personal Data that you or your clients or customers provide. This may include depending on your use of the Limootorsh admin panel, your customer contact details, business details or details relating to their booking and the services offered by you (“Service Data”).

We process your Service Data within the framework of DPA and GDPR, exclusively for the purpose of handling the contractual relationship between you and us and in accordance with your instructions. In this sense, we recognise that you own your Service Data and provide you with complete control of your Service Data by providing you the ability to (i) access your Service Data, (ii) share your Service Data, and (iii) request export or deletion of your Service Data.

We ensure that access to your Service Data by our employees is only available on a need-to-know basis, restricted to specific individuals, and is logged and audited. We communicate our privacy and security guidelines to our employees and enforce privacy and protection safeguards strictly.

Within the recipes or blog section you may be able to display certain profile information, share certain details, engage with others, exchange knowledge and insights, post and view relevant content. Content and data are publicly viewable. You have choices about the information on your comment. You don’t have to provide additional information on your comment; however, information helps you to get more from our blog/recipes. It’s your choice whether to include sensitive information on your comment and to make that sensitive information public. Please do not post or add Personal Data to your comment that you would not want to be available. The legal basis for the storage is our legitimate interest.

Our Telegram Community

We process the Personal Data that arises when you use our community services. In particular, this requires you to join our server and community on Telegram. If you contact or connect with us via Telegram, we and Telegram are jointly responsible for the processing of your data and enter into a so-called joint controller agreement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest, your consent or, in some cases, the initiation of a membership, if any

Administration, financial accounting, office organisation, contact management

We process data in the context of administrative tasks as well as organisation of our business, and compliance with legal obligations, such as archiving. In this regard, we process the same data that we process in the course of providing our contractual services. The processing bases are our legal obligations and our legitimate interest.

Aggregated Data

We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose including improving our website and services.
