Just so you know, the service fee is non-refundable and applies to each order.

You can also find the shop’s WhatsApp and phone number on the shop’s profile page by clicking on the green circle message button.
 

Payments can fail for all kinds of reasons, but here are a few things worth double-checking:

  • Make sure you typed in the card details correctly (we’ve all done it)
  • Check your card hasn’t expired (again, we’ve all been there)
  • See if you entered the right billing address (especially if it’s different to your delivery address)

If this doesn’t help, you could also try contacting your bank to check your available balance or to see if the issue lies at their end.

Sometimes, a place may be unable to take your order. This could be because they’re super busy, have run out of the items you ordered, or don’t have couriers available. As a result, they’d rather cancel the order than provide a poor customer experience.

Will I receive a refund? 

If you paid upfront by debit card, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, you’ll get a refund for your cancelled order, including the delivery fee.

Once you’ve paid for your order, you can head to the order details page on our website to keep an eye on its progress. If you placed your order on a guest account, make sure you stay logged in and use the same device and browser. 

Your order details will be sent to the restaurant or store and the status of your order will update as soon as they accept it – you can follow this on the Recent Orders page. When you place an order with us, you should also receive an order confirmation email.

 

Once you’ve placed your order with us, and it’s been accepted by the restaurant or store, you won’t be able to change the delivery address on your order. This is because a courier may have already been assigned.

If you need to change or cancel your order, it’s best to do it as soon as possible. This is because the restaurant or store may have started to prepare your order, or already assigned a courier to deliver it.

Will I be charged for cancelling my order? 

If you cancel your order, you may be charged an amount up to the full order value. It’s best to cancel an order as soon as possible to avoid any charges. 

We’re sorry you didn’t experience the best service from the place you ordered from. To help them improve, it would be great if you could leave them a review with details of your experience. To do this, all you need to do is log in to your Limootorsh account, go to your order details, proceed to shop profile and leave a review. Your feedback will be valuable in helping the shop enhance their services.

We discuss all the reviews (good and bad) with our Partners to help them improve their service. Your review will also influence other Limootorsh customers when they’re deciding where to order from. We know this won’t fix a poor experience, but it should really help improve things in the future.

 

We try to refund customers as quickly as possible.

If we’re processing a card, PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay refund for you, your money will take between 2-14 days to go back to your account, depending on your provider’s policy. Limootorsh cannot influence this timeframe in any way, so you should contact your bank first if there are any issues with your refund.
